Terms of Service

CRNA Tutor is a marketplace that connects people applying to nurse anesthesia (CRNA) programs with current SRNAs and CRNAs who offer paid help such as mock interviews, resume and personal statement reviews, and whole application diagnostics.

No guarantee of admission

Tutors on CRNA Tutor provide guidance and feedback based on their own experience. We do not guarantee admission to any program, a specific score, or any particular outcome. CRNA Tutor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any nurse anesthesia program or university.

The platform is not a party to your engagement

Tutors are independent providers, not employees or agents of CRNA Tutor. Each tutor sets their own services, prices, and availability. Your agreement for any service is between you and the tutor. CRNA Tutor provides the software, payment routing, and messaging that make the engagement possible.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe directly to the tutor's own Stripe account. CRNA Tutor collects a service fee at checkout. See our refund and cancellation policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

Referrals

You can share a referral code. If you refer a student, both of you receive account credit toward future bookings after their first completed session. If you are a tutor and you refer another tutor, you earn a share of the CRNA Tutorservice fee on that tutor's sessions, paid to your own Stripe account for as long as they remain active. Referral earnings are single level (you earn only from tutors you referred directly), are paid only on completed, non-refunded sessions, and count as income reported in your Stripe totals. CRNA Tutor may change or end the referral program at any time.

Your documents

When you upload documents such as a resume, personal statement, or transcript, they are shared only with the tutor on that order and stored privately. Do not upload anything you are not comfortable sharing with your chosen tutor. See our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Be honest and respectful. Do not submit another person's work as your own, harass other users, or attempt to take payments off platform to avoid fees. Tutors must be current SRNAs or CRNAs and may be asked to verify this before approval.
