Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CRNA Tutor collects and how it is used. We aim to collect only what is needed to run the marketplace.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the content you create (messages, reviews, intake forms), and documents you upload for an order. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Your uploaded documents

Documents such as resumes, personal statements, and transcripts are sensitive. They are stored in a private location and are shared only with the tutor on that specific order. They are never made public and are served through short-lived secure links. You may request deletion of your documents by contacting us.

How information is shared

The tutor you book with sees your order details, messages, intake form, and uploaded documents. We use Stripe for payments and Supabase for data storage. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated documents.
