Who are the tutors?
Every tutor is a current SRNA or CRNA. We verify each person's status before their profile goes live. Tutors set their own services and prices.
Is the free 15-minute fit call actually free?
Yes. The fit call costs nothing and carries no obligation. We use it to understand where you are in the process and match you with the right tutor.
How does payment work, and is it safe?
You pay when you book. Your payment is held securely by the platform and released to the tutor only after the session or review is delivered, so your money is protected until you get what you paid for. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the refund policy. Document reviews are fully refundable any time before the tutor delivers the work. Live sessions are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. See the refund policy for details.
Does booking a tutor guarantee I get into a program?
No. Admissions decisions are made solely by each program. Tutoring is coaching to strengthen your application and interview preparation, not a guarantee of any outcome.
